How to Apply

Application Procedures 

All applications and required documentation are submitted online at the link below:


Postgraduate Students/Residents 

  • Application can occur in the third year of training. 
  • Candidate may challenge:
    • The Section A examination
    • The Qualifying Examination
    • Any one part of the following exams:
      • Section B, Part 2
      • Section B, Part 3
      • Section B, Part 4
      • Section D
  • As part of the online application, the candidate must upload a letter (PDF on program/university letterhead) from their postgraduate Program Director that indicates the:
    • Candidate is in the third year of training.
    • Candidate is in good academic standing.
    • Expected date of graduation for the candidate.
  • Appropriate fees must accompany online applications.

Prosthodontists

  • Candidacy can be established any time, by formal application, after completion of an advanced specialty education program. 
  • Candidate may challenge Section A, B, C, D or the Qualifying Examination any time after establishing candidacy.
  • Candidate may challenge the Oral Certifying Examination only after completing the Qualifying Examination
  • As part of the online application, the candidate must upload a notarized copy of their prosthodontics certificate or a Certified Electronic Diploma or CeDiploma from their institution. All electronic diplomas must be able to be verified directly from the issuing institution and not from a third party.
  • Appropriate fees must accompany online applications.
